Introduction

This document describes the contents of this Aptean POD – Calidus Edition device release.


Platforms/Databases

The release will be tested against & supported only for the following platform/database combinations:

  • Android O/S 4.4.x Kit Kat or higher on previously verified devices

This is a release of the Aptean POD – Calidus Edition device application.


Released Incidents / Changes

This release contains the following fixes/changes:

CTY Issue 392

  • Fixed creating inspections for added vehicle.

CTY Issue 394

  • If vehicle selected from lookup, not allowed to change values

User Instructions

Topic Action Description
Usage Vehicle Search When selecting a vehicle from a search, the details are displayed. You are not allowed to change the details, and the screen now does not allow this.

This does not affect when adding a new vehicle from scratch (Add New). The device now uses the information from a searched vehicle to create inspections, including all product, size and pressure information from the last inspection.


Performance Notes

It is not thought that this change will have any impact on performance although it is our recommendation that the performance of all areas of the application is validated during testing to ensure that performance is still good.


Related Releases

Android mobile device application release 4.5.0.0 must be active prior to this release.

This is a stand-alone release and fix to the Android application and completely resolves issues 392 and 394 (whereby vehicle services supplied are now passed back to the server).

There are no related releases.
