Requirements

Show long description instead of short description.
Remove Salesperson from the header.
Show driver name and signature for unmanned deliveries.
- Note - To be confirmed - Where this should appear and how to indicate the that the customer was not present.
Include photos for quantity changes & cancelled items.
- Note - If other photos are taken, they will be included also, e.g. job photo, driver signature.
Note - Possible layout improvements (to be confirmed).
- Reduce spacing between heading items (logo, title, customer details).
- Move the 'Ordered By' block onto the same row as 'Deliver To' and delivery references.
Note - This development is to be released with a fix to the report pagination.
