When this parameter is set to 'Y' and the source system status for the trip is either 'IN PROGRESS' or 'CLOSED', then the fields on the 'Trip Details' and 'Stops' tab pages will be displayed in white text on a red background to advise the user that that trip is active in the WMS source system and that it should not be amended manually. The order will store a reference called 'ORDER_WMS_STATUS' from the 'ORDER_STATUS' tag in the 'ORDER_HEADER' section of the order message from the API. This WMS order status will update the source system status of the relevant trip for the order. A 'STAGED' WMS order status will update any trunk trips for the order, otherwise the delivery trip will be updated for the order. Note that the source system status of the trip will not revert to a previous status should one of its orders be advised with a new WMS order status out of sequence; the sequence 'OPEN' to 'IN PROGRESS' to 'CLOSED' will be followed. |
