| Stop jobs with no product being entered Question - At load creation stage in the office, could there be a prompt "product must be loaded" before linking a delivery to collection? This would be instead of the two options you gave. |

| The Admin Job Creation popup screen will be modified, on clicking the Link button, to check whether there are any products or containers present on the job being linked. If none are found, the application will display an alert informing the user 'Product must be loaded' with an OK button only. The link job will not be created and the user will be left editing the original job.
A new Site flag will be created to control this additional validation.  Note: This solution above is as requested - other ways of creating jobs exist that this change will not enforce the user to enter products, for example, creating collection or delivery jobs without products, without linking it to another. It is, however, noted that this is not normal operational procedure for Hewicks. |
