Functional Description
Import Changes
The dataservice webservices (ePOD_DataService.asmx and ePOD_DataService2.asmx) and the AutoImport application will need to change to automatically create Job Group records if they do not already exist. The messages affected are:
- AutoImport and ePOD_DataService:
- EPOD_XML_IMPORT
After the process has retrieved the jobs, it should check whether the job group exists. Rather than throwing an error, this should instead create an EPOD_JOB_GROUP record with the following values (where applicable, defaulting from EPOD_SITE):
- EPL_SITE_ID - As sent in
- EPL_JOB_GROUP - As sent in
- EPL_DESCRIPTION - As Job Group
- EPL_LOGO - blank
