DP_WMS_ALLOC.sql WMS Allocation process 4.135 344530 - 2 Amendment to allocation process when pre-allocate flag set to 'by order'. Ensure orders that are amended by updating from line type 8 to R, are reset to 8.

If pre-allocation set to 'by range', no changes are needed.
