Calidus Online Guide
Introduction
Calidus Online allows web interrogation of the Calidus Warehouse Management System.
Logon
A webpage is provided that validates the log-on credentials of the users.
Enter your provided username and password at this point and click Logon.
Main Screen
On successful log-on, You will be taken to the main Calidus Online screen. You can return to this screen at any time by clicking the Home option on the menu.
The contents of the screen and menu will vary, depending on the set-up of your user.
The Warehouse and Owner will be set for you. If your user has been configured to allow for multiple Warehouses and Owners, you can select them from drop-down lists provided.
You can change your password by clicking the Change Password button.
You can choose the action you want to do from the main menu on the left of the form. The options are:
- Home - Return to this screen
- Maintenance - See the configured users.
- Enquiries - Enquire on the WMS.
- Reports - Run pre-configured order reports (not enabled for this configuration)
- Help
- Logout - exit from the system
Enquiries
Enquiries allow you to enquire on data in the WMS. Click on the Enquiry entry in the main menu to see the available enquiries. the options are:
- Order - Not enabled in this configuration
- Stock - See stock levels within the warehouse.
Stock Enquiry
Upon entering the stock enquiry, you will be invited to select the Owner for whom you want to enquire.
Select the owner from the drop-down list provided and click the Find button.
You will then be shown a screen destialing the total of the stock in the warehouse for that owner.
Click Back to return to the previous screen.
Click on a Warehouse line to be shown further details within the warehouse.
In this screen you are shown all the individual stock codes within the warehouse, identifying the amount and status of each stock code.
Click Back to return to the previous screen.
Click on a stock code line to be shown further details.
In this screen you are shown the locations in which this stock code resides in the warehouse, along with the full quantities in each location.
Click Back to return to the previous screen.
Click on a location line to be shown further details.
In this screen you are shown the pallets with the location in which this stock code resides in the warehouse, along with the full quantities for each pallet.
Click Back to return to the previous screen.
