Wavelink Virtual Client

This page is intended to show the installation and usage of the Wavelink Virtual Client.
The latest Wavelink Virtual Client is contained within the file WinCEWLC.zip
To install:
- Unzip the file to a location of your choice
To Start:
- Enter the folder above and double-click on WLClientShell.exe.
To Configure:
- To change the device ‘skin’, right-click on the window background and choose a device layout from the Skins sub-menu.
- To add a new connection, Right-click on ‘Add New’ and enter the name (e.g. WCS Test), Address and Port (for example, 172.198.45.166 and 2001 respectively). Click Update.
To Use:
- Click the added shortcut and you should connect to the system.
- All functionality should work as in the RF device itself.
- You can use the Scan button on the device skin to pop up a scan dialogue to emulate scanning.
- You can use the key buttons on the skin for their normal purpose, as well as the computer keyboard.
- To Exit the client when finished with the system, click the power (0/1) button on the skin.
