Traffic Control Departure

The application will show this screen when you choose to depart a vehicle. The purpose of the screen is to capture the transfer of custody information.

The screen displays:

• Terms and Conditions - any configured terms and conditions.
• Notes - to capture any notes from you or the driver.
• Signature box - to capture the driver signature on the screen.
• Signatory - Defaulted from driver in the booking (if present), and must be entered.
• Reference - Order or Goods Receipt number.

If you do not want to capture the driver signature at this time, you can return to the Current Traffic screen using the Back button.

If there is a problem with the signature, you can clear it to sign again by using the Clear Signature button.

When the driver has signed, you can click the Depart button to confirm this. The system will save the details, set the booking to Departed status and re-show the Current Traffic screen.

The setting of status to Departed will automatically trigger Despatch of any orders linked to the booking, if you are using CALIDUS WMS.
