WHS3150

This is the Short Picking Report (WHS3150) screen.

Generating a Short Picking Report:

The screen displays the following input fields:

• Warehouse Id: An input field for entering the warehouse ID. This is a required field. An LOV is provided.
• Owner Code: An input field for entering the owner code. An LOV is provided.
• Cust Code From/To: Input fields for entering a range of customer codes. An LOV is provided for both.
• Customer Class: An input field for entering the customer class. An LOV is provided.
• Status: An input field for entering the status. An LOV is provided, with the following values:
  • 0 - Order Entered
  • 1 - Committed
  • 4 - Allocated
  • 5 - On Pick List, Picked
  • 6 - Comm, Alloc, On Pick List
  • 9 - Complete
  • A - All
  • B - Committed and Allocated
  • C - Comm, Alloc, Picked
  • D - Alloc, On Pick List
  • E - Alloc, On Pick List and Picked
  • F - Alloc, Pick List, Picked, Despd
  • G - On Pick List and Picked
  • H - On Pick and Picked
  • I - On Pick and Picked and Despd
  • P - Partial Allocation
• Order Num From/To: Input fields for entering a range of order numbers.
• Delivery Date From/To: Input fields for entering a range of delivery dates.
• Show Only Lines with Discrepancies: A checkbox, with "No" selected by default.

There is also a button:

• Run Report

When details are entered, click the Run Report button, which will start Short Picking Report generation. If this is a report, this will ask you how you would like to print the report through the standard screen. More details on this process can be found in the guide Printing From the WMS.
