Bay Diary Overview

CALIDUS WMS system has a 'Delivery Diary Maintenance' screen to allocate bays and time slots to arrivals. This screen can be used to manage outbound and inbound deliveries.
The Bay Diary gives a customer a visual representation of what is happening across the doors around what is Expected, Expected within 1 Hour, Late, Arrived & Processed.
The system is made up of several screens:
In general, each screen consists of the same layout - exceptions are noted in the individual screens.
A header is displayed with the following elements:
- A screen title
- The user name logged in
- A Log Out button - clicking on this will log the user out and return to the Log In screen
- If configured and accessible, there is also a Help icon, which links to these pages.
A footer is displayed, showing the copyright notice, credits and system version.
The first screen that will be displayed when logging onto the system is the Log In screen.
