This is the Stock Report screen (STKSTRT01A v1.2).

Generating a Stock Report:

The screen displays the following input fields:

• Options:
  • Summary/Detail - A radio button group with options: Summary, Detail. Selecting Summary will provide a high-level overview, while Detail will show more granular information.
  • Prod W/H - A checkbox. When checked, it suggests product-wise or warehouse-wise reporting.
  • Range/Prod W/H - A checkbox. When checked, it indicates that a range for products or warehouses will be used.
• Selection Criteria (with dynamic availability based on options):
  • Owner - Radio buttons: Yes, No.
    • If Yes is selected, you can enter a range in the From and To fields.
  • Stock Code - Radio buttons: Yes, No.
    • If Yes is selected, you can enter a range in the From and To fields.
  • Supplier - Radio buttons: Yes, No.
    • If Yes is selected, you can enter a range in the From and To fields.
  • Prod Type - Radio buttons: Yes, No.
    • If Yes is selected, you can enter a range in the From and To fields, which has values such as Ambient, Finished Goods, Parts.
• Warehouse Selection:
  • Warehouse - Radio buttons: Yes, No.
    • If Yes is selected, you can enter a range in the From and To fields.
  • Include - Radio button.
  • Exclude - Radio button.
  • Excluded Warehouses - An input field for entering excluded warehouses.
• Status Fields:
  • On Hand - An input field with options such as < Min, < Reorder Level, All, > Max.
  • Prod Status - An input field with options such as ALL, ALLOC, B/O, COMM, O/H, Held.

There is also a button:

• Report

When details are entered, click the Report button, which will start Stock Report generation. If this is a report, this will ask you how you would like to print the report through the standard screen. More details on this process can be found in the guide Printing From the WMS.
